Throughout her career, she has worked with a diverse range of business owners, from startups to established enterprises, providing strategic guidance on business setup, risk management, and regulatory compliance. 

Her industry experience is extensive, covering financial services, fintech, insurance, real estate, healthcare, and retail.

Currently, Francisca serves as the Head of Legal and Regulatory Compliance at a digital solution and fintech company in Nigeria. She is an active member of the Fintech Association of Nigeria and the Compliance Institute of Nigeria, among other professional bodies.
